WOUNDED SOLDIER DINNER AT THE EMBASSY OF ITALY IN WASHINGTON D.C. USA - 22 July 2022

Organized by the Embassy of Italy in Washington D.C., the Wounded Soldier Dinner was held on the night of Friday July 22nd. The event organized in honor of the Veterans, saw the adhesion of a delegation arrived on purpose from Italy, to joining their American Brothers-in-Arms, was warm welcomed by the staff of the Embassy, leaded by Br. Gen. Stefano Messina, the Army Military Attaché in the US, and by both the Italian and American institutions and the personnel in uniforms.

Among the sponsors of the event also PEZT Co.® USA, represented by the President and CEO Mr. Enea Pezzotti, accompanied by the inseparable friend Mr. Carl Zaglin, owner and CEO of the TRUSPEC Company, manufacturer of the well-known BDUs.

“It was a wonderful evening, said our President, to be surrounded by our boys who have given so much to those uniforms they wear with infinite dignity and humility. We were lucky enough to share our dinner, toast, chat and kidding with them, who know us mostly for our products. I brought to them a short video that Navy M. Sgt. (R), Emanuele Valenza, who lost part of his leg on a mission in Iraq, and is now part of the PEZT Co.® Team… I’d better say…PEZT Co.® Family, wanted to produce for all the Veterans invited to the event. Our Retired Sergeant Major is personally involved with a sports organization that welcomes those like him who find themselves physically handicapped, but this doesn’t mean giving up with new challenges by grabbing the life by horns. I really hope to seeing them again very soon, and I’ve invited them to an upcoming event organized by Emanuele’s association, that involving his former Command of the GOI under the Com.Sub.In., the IT-Navy Special Op’s Command, under the Navy Warfare Command, intends to parachuting Veterans who wants to jump individually if patented, or by tandem-system assisted by the GOI parachuting instructors. We love you all veterans, and don’t forget that with us you will always find our doors open. Come to visit us anytime, and thank you for your sacrifice.
