MOUNT DORA FIRE DEPARTMENT TRAINS WITH PEZT Co.® TWS® - 5 August 2022

For the second time in a row, the Mount Dora Fire Department of lake County, Florida, has chosen the TWS® TRAINING WALL SYSTEM® program and system the Mechanical Breaching Door manufactured by PEZT Co.® INDUSTRIES for their live training.

Supervised by Lt. Tara Holcomb, the training took place from the 1st to the 5th of August, at the MD-FD HQS Station, under the roof that usually recover the new engines, those fantastic new fire trucks of the great value of $1.4 each, and pride of the MD-FD, which was made possible only because to the uniqueness of the system to adapt to infinite setting.  The training has involved the whole active staff of the FD, fire Fighters, EMTs, and Paramedics have been called to alternate themselves during their regular duty shifts, fully intervention equipped, between dispatched emergency calls, to complete the path starting from the opening of the breaching doors using their hooligan bars, as well as some powerful portable hydraulic reachable tools, continuing to advance inside the various rooms built with the TWS® by dragging their heavier hydrant hoses connected to the engines and to the ladders.  At the end of the activity, many seniors and young Firefighters congratulated PEZT Co. USA for the support and the quality of the products offered, including the active veteran Lt. Chris Rauth who expressed himself claiming “wow, this was the best training to which I’ve ever participated!”.
